5. Demonstrated willingness to share personal-professional wisdom and knowledge with others

6. Viewed by others as a self-starter; able to motivate herself and others to desired levels of achievement

7. Demonstrated ability to commit to a task and follow through with all aspects of that task

8. Ability to delegate responsibilities to others in a positive, caring and nurturing manner

9. Viewed by others as a woman of integrity- honest, sincere, authentic, transparent and mature

10. Values working as a team

11 Viewed by others as capable of building and maintaining a cohesive team

12. Demonstrated desire to make a significant difference in their home area

13. Viewed by others as a “go-giver”- a woman who values giving first without a hidden agenda

14. Demonstrated understanding of the AWI core concepts, culture, model and format and a passion for same.
